Fern Hill is an historic community with local character located within the City of Tacoma, Washington, USA. Park Avenue Books and many more of the Fern Hill area businesses and services are concentrated in an area now designated as the Fern Hill Historic Business District. (See our map.) Funding for some local repairs has recently been acquired and improvements are now completed, including sidewalk repair, new outdoor benches and more.
